Strawberry Oats Smoothie is one of my favourites now a days since fresh strawberries are easily available during this time of season. I am trying a lot of healthy recipes now a days which are delicious at same time so that I can actually stick to them. I can actually drink this every day in my breakfast. You can add your choice of fruit yo make it according to your taste buds.
This smoothie is easy to make, fresh, healthy,filling and will make you super energetic. You should definitely try it once to know how light and filling your stomach feels after this breakfast.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 1/2 cup Oats : I used Kelloges Oats available in market.
- 3-4 Strawberries
- 1+1/2 glass milk
- Honey if strawberries are not that sweet or even if you like it more sweet.
- 5-6 cubes Ice
Blend everything well. Serve it in your favourite glass.Sip it along with your favourite magazine and Chill !
Tip: If you don not want to use honey or sugar and have a favourite fruit which is sweet like Banana, you can even add that to the smoothie. It makes the smoothie more rich and nutritious.
