Website Review: Paytm

Till now I think everyone knows about or have ordered something from Paytm. In last year, I ordered quite a lot of stuff of Paytm myself. It always runs the tempting offer of  cashback which makes actual MRP of a product quite low compared to any other website online. You get the cash-back in your wallet which you can use to shop further. While you purchase some other stuff, you again get some cashback and the chain continues. So in end, you get addicted to Paytm and end up ordering from there again and again since you have money in you paytm account all the time. This is a great marketing strategy and it has definitely got me hooked.

I ordered many products starting from a Phillips straightener to an iphone from their website in different time frame. I would be writing my views based on all my purchases from them. galderma ivermectin

Delivery Time:

All my products reached within a week. None of the product took longer than that to reach me, not even an iphone.

Packaging:

All the parcels were well packed. For expensive things like an iphone they demanded an identity proof on delivering which is a great security check I believe. Everything reached me in a perfect condition.

Quality:

The straightener, shoes and iphone that I ordered worked pretty well. I recently ordered another iphone for my dad which had some defect but it got easily returned. With iphones it has happened with me even when I buy them from a shop , so I really can not blame them.

Customer Service:

Amazing customer Service. It literally freaked me out when the iphone that I ordered from them did not work well since I bought it online and it scared me if they will return it or not. But they were amazing. I could easily make my return request without any questioning and got my money transferred in my bank account(not the paytm wallet) within a week. Superb ! Right ?

Cashback:

I actually receive the cashback in my paytm account as soon as the ordered is placed. Also, if you have some extra cashback in your account and you do not want to buy anything more just recharge your phone or fill petrol in car using it.
