I know I have restarted blog after ages and gives me immense pleasure to actually pen down my thoughts. My Tips on Being Mentally Strong:

They won’t even reply to your DM’s and why would they you never know if they are dealing with bigger problems in life. For each one their own problem is huge. What I am trying to say here is no matter how much help you receive, you yourself have to be become mentally strong to pull yourself out of any situation. And trust me when I say this each one of us is very strong it is just that we are not aware of our own abilities. So here are few points that I think can help you in pulling yourself out of any situation.

- Gratitude: This Birthday was my most low key birthday but the one I was so grateful for too. People are dying atleast I am able to celebrate my birthday with my loved ones around in a safe place. My people are trying to make me happy in whatever they can. This is the biggest blessing one can ever have. - Diverting your mind: Mind is where everything starts, this is huge. Generally things are not as big as we make them in our mind. We take certain negative steps in our life due to ongoing thoughts in our mind, which trust me with time will pass. Nothing is permanent here. Neither you, nor I. So don’t take that so seriously. Not more than your life. If you want to get out of this rut of overthinking, try meditating and face your thoughts aka fears. Also, divert your mind to a hobby that you love. It will immensely help you. Push yourself consciously for few days to get out of bed and pursue your passion. Slowly with time thoughts will settle down and you will find a way out.
- Positive Environment: Create a positive environment around you. I am not telling you to cut down on negative people (which if you can you should) because there can be situations when you just can’t cut down on people but what you can do is control your emotions and actions towards them. Don’t take anything that they say on your heart and this can only be done with practice, You can’t master this art in a day. Just prioritize your peace and everything else will fall into place. What I do in certain situations is either meditate or read or I watch some inspirational content on youtube regarding same. It really helps me.
